        Our House has an all new staff from when we bought this facility in 2001! Anyone who wanted to comply with the Bureau of Quality Assurance and the State of Wisconsin's Administrative Codes for this kind of business rules and regulations and our simple requests as new owners are still here enjoying higher wages, better working conditions, and a much more solid company to work for. Resident care is the most important thing here, staff and owners come last to these residents needs and that's how it's going to stay. If you are someone who can leave your personal concerns at home and is truely interested in the selfless and noble profession of becomming a good Caregiver at an excelent care facility that follows the rules, then please, we want to meet with you because we are always looking for on-call staff for vacation and emergency staffing. If not then you are probably not an appropriate kind of person to work in this field, it's not easy and not everyone is cut out for it.
